iPoe Vol. 2 - Edgar Allan Poe App Reviews

I have an ipad with IOS 9 but the app crashes in the hop frog story when the joker go to taking fire. I loved the app but it is stuck and crashed. Please someone fix this bug

Just bought the app recently after reading some reviews, its very good and the mix of animations and text makes things much more interesting. Unfortunately some problems with the iPad versions were noticed, which for me was my first device in mind when I bought the app. There are some Portuguese errors too but it is possible to understand, not sure if is going to release a new update but if they do, o truly hope for some fix for the iPad version. In other words, the app is amazing and the stories are all great, there are 4 of them but is worth the money. Congratulations guys!

Great and wonderful apps. Really beautiful art matching the stories perfectly. Everyone who loves books and dreaming should try these apps from iClassic. Even people who dont love reading will find these apps entertaining. But be warned.... some stories from the "darker" apps will give you goose bumps and there are even shocking surprises.... If you are unsure.... there is even a free app where you can try it with selected stories. Im looking forward to the next great apps from this team and will definitely buy them.

This is very well done and is an excellent rendition of Poes writing. It doesnt detract from the original art but has amazing artwork and animations. Really a true literary experience!

An app which proves necessity is the mother of invention. It only needs improvement on the ability to move around the chapters without having to flip through all the pages, which is where volume 3 improves upon.

I love the stories and the illustrations are wonderful but it is so frustrating when the pages wont turn with the first swipe. Many times it takes two or three swipes and some pages wont turn at all. You have to touch the half-round icon at the bottom of the screen that opens the layout of all the pages in order to move to the next page. Only a small disruption but it would be nice to turn pages without a struggle.

This was a fun ride. Great classic tales, terrific artistry with a bit of a twist! I look forward to the rest of the Poe series and the iClassic library. Had some minor issues on ios10: app crashed a few times and music had pops like an old record, but overall a definite recommend! Cant wait to see the next volume!

I love iClassics! These folks choose the best stories, have amazingly immersive music, great art and loads of fun bits to play and interact with. So far I have all iClassics except the two new ones (Sleepy Hollow and Dickens) but cant wait to get them! All three Poe and Lovecraft collections have been awesome!

This my 2nd and I am going to do all...keep them coming

I enjoyed the 1st book. Went to the second one and it is froze. I cant go farther. I need customer service to contact me for a refund or to repair this APP.

Love this app...love the soundtrack and the story structure

I expected it to be clever but I didnt know it would be so much fun. Every page a delight. I have told all my friends. Hey, wait a minute! Did you just trick me into reading Edgar Allen Poe?
